Kai Zhu is the founding partner of Zhu & Co, P.C., a New York-based boutique law firm focused on intellectual property, litigation, and cross-border advisory work. He represents clients across a range of industries in matters involving brand protection, commercial disputes, and regulatory proceedings, with particular experience advising foreign businesses on legal strategy in the United States. Prior to establishing Zhu & Co, P.C., Kai practiced at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and multinational clients in complex corporate transactions and litigation. His work spanned financings, restructurings, and cross-border disputes across both domestic and international forums. Kai is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
